iterate

I'm happy to announce the release of the version 0.3 of iterate.

This version adds Julia sets and the Burning ship.

I'm happy to announce the release of the version 0.2 of iterate.

This version adds support for color palettes, with 5 palettes (spring, summer, autumn, winter and hsv).
There is also a new option to set the image resolution, and it is now possible to compute up to 4294967295 iterations (2^32 - 1).
